Multiple Juno award nominee Daniel Taylor is recognized as Canada's most prolific recording artist, and is one of the most sought-after countertenors in the world. An exclusive recording artist for Sony Classical Masterworks, he appears on more than 80 recordings, which include Renaissance duets with Actor Ralph Fiennes, Sakamoto's pop-opera "Life" with the Dalai Lama and Salman Rushdie, and a live recording with the New York Philharmonic. Taylor is Founder and Artistic Director of the Theatre of Early Music, a period-instrument ensemble based in Montreal, comprised of musicians from all over the world.
