Online
Request your tickets online by using our secure server. There is no service fee and it is as easy as 1,2,3. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Sears Card and Amex. Pick up your tickets when you come to the first show; remember to bring the credit card used to purchase the tickets and photo ID that matches the name on the credit card. The Box Office opens one hour before show time. Select a show now!

Festival Place is an authorized Ticketmaster outlet. We sell tickets in person for Ticketmaster events that are not being held at Festival Place, but we cannot accept telephone purchases for these off-site events. For Ticketmaster information or to charge by phone, please call 780-451-8000.
